Discount Policy
At Lexvolve, we are committed to providing high-quality, affordable continuing professional development opportunities for interpreters and language access professionals. To support underserved language communities and organizations working to improve access to services, we offer limited group discounts under the following conditions.
Group Discount Eligibility
A 30% discount on course tuition may be available for:
Groups of interpreters working in languages of lesser diffusion.
Nonprofit organizations and community-based organizations whose mission includes language access for displaced, refugee, migrant, or other underserved populations.
Any other groups at Lexvolve’s discretion.
Minimum Registration Requirement
Group discounts are available only for registrations of five (5) or more participants enrolled in the same course.
Discount Amount
Eligible groups receive a 30% reduction in the standard course fee for each participant. The discounted rate applies equally to all members of the group.
Application of Discounts
Group discounts cannot be applied to individual registrations.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, scholarships, or special pricing unless expressly authorized by Lexvolve.
All participants must register together or be identified as part of the same group at the time of registration.
Lexvolve reserves the right to verify eligibility and request supporting documentation from organizations seeking discounted pricing.
Changes to the Policy
Lexvolve reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue discount programs at any time. Changes will not affect participants who have already completed registration and payment under previously approved terms.
